True Community Development begins with All of Us.

ORAL HISTORY PROJECT

We are currently collecting an oral history of Titusville. Would you like to share your story with us?

WHAT IS FIFTH AND CENTER?

Then

Previous to the Fifth Avenue Holdings, LLC purchase, what was once "Center Court Apartments" had become nearly uninhabitable. There were holes in roofs and walls, vagrancy and unhealthy living conditions. You can view more pictures here.

August 2019

BuildUp Ensley boarded up the property. We demolished the units and are now planning a temporary Community Greenspace.

Next

What comes next is up to you. Fifth Avenue Holdings, LLC will look to local residents to give their input as to what type of housing should replace the derelict apartments that once existed at Fifth and Center.
