We are currently collecting an oral history of Titusville. Would you like to share your story with us?
Previous to the Fifth Avenue Holdings, LLC purchase, what was once “Center Court Apartments” had become nearly uninhabitable. There were holes in roofs and walls, vagrancy and unhealthy living conditions. You can view more pictures here.
BuildUp Ensley boarded up the property. We demolished the units and are now planning a temporary Community Greenspace.
What comes next is up to you. Fifth Avenue Holdings, LLC will look to local residents to give their input as to what type of housing should replace the derelict apartments that once existed at Fifth and Center.
PEOPLE ARE TALKING
It would be a great place for senior housing it’s flat 2 bedroom apartments I would love one I can afford with my monthly income.
When will y’all get started on doing this project that would be nice for older people and singer moms..
Two to three bedroom townhouses would be nice with a one and two car garage.
Turn the apts into 2 bedroom affordable homes for seniors or low income moms
